Booking Terms
Please note that a 10% non-refundable deposit for the total reservation will be charged to your credit/ debit card at the time of your booking.
Changes and cancellations made to bookings made up to 48 hours before arrival date are without charge, except for the non-refundable deposit.
The total value of the booking will be charged if changes/ cancellations are made with less than 48 hours notice.
Please make sure that you have sufficient insurance in place should you need to cancel without giving the required notice as refunds will not be given.
Please note that our check- in time is between the hours of 14.00 to 18.00. Should you wish to check in outside of these times, please contact us directly to make alternative arrangements. We thank you for your co-operation on this matter.
All major credit/ debit cards accepted and required in order to make a reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorise cards prior to confirming all reservations.
48 hour cancellation policy, please make sure you have sufficient insurance in place should you need to cancel within this time.
Would all guests please note that this is a 3 story Victorian property and does not have a lift.
